Crushing section uses crushing machine to crush oilseeds into small broken particles, which is very important process during oilseeds pretreatment & pressing machines process. The purpose of crushing machine is to change big raw oilseeds materials into particles for convenience of further step flaking. Before flaking, oilseeds with big particle must be crushed, the purpose of crushing is make oilseed have certain particle size through crushing to meet flaking condition, also increasing superficial area after crushing, beneficial for adjusting temperature and moisture when softening, improve softening effect.Toothed roll crushing machine is common crusher, also hammer crusher.
Crushing machine is not required for all kinds oil seeds , it focus on big-size oil seeds, like peanut kernel, soybean, copra, prepressed cakes etc , they are required to a certain size, then effectively processing by follow-up processes flaking, pressing or prepressing.

What is the requirement of the crushing requirement ?

1. Without oil outlet and stick together, less powder.

2. The crushed piects are epigranular and comparative size. Forexample, the soybean should be crushed -8 pieces,peanut kernel should be crushed 6-8 pieces.
