This solution seamlessly integrates the core stages of palm oil extraction – including sterilization, threshing, digestion, pressing, oil clarification, filtration and vacuum drying – into three container-sized frames. It is designed for small plantation owners, startups entering the palm oil business, and existing palm oil mills seeking to add small-scale processing capacity.
For operators looking to minimize capital investment, the system is equipped with a water-boiling sterilizer heated by biomass or firewood, eliminating the need for a separate boiler. The steam generated is used to sterilize fresh fruit bunches (FFB) efficiently.
